How We Work
Six steps. You'll know where you are in them at all times.
1. Site walk and sketch. We meet on your land or at your house, talk through how you'll use the building and what you have to spend, and you leave with a sketch and a straight answer on feasibility.
2. Design and drafting. We draw it: concept plans and renderings first, then the full set. Revisions happen with you at the table.
3. Engineering and permits. The set goes to a licensed Montana engineer for stamping. We handle energy code and submit to the county or the city ourselves.
4. Estimate and contract. The estimate is built from the same drawings, by the people who will build it.
5. Build. Our crew frames, sets timber and does the finish work. Brian is your point of contact from the first day to the last.
6. Walkthrough. We walk the building with you, fix the list, and hand over the keys.
